The IEEE Young Professionals Workshop (YPW) is an event intended for academic and industrial exchange between local foreign researchers, professionals, students. speakers are distinguished professionals from pushing technology industries that significantly contribute to the field of circuits systems. Since 2019, YPW co-located with Circuits Systems Rio Grande do Sul (CASSW-RS) providing opportunity attendees members interact in 2021 was virtual [1] a panel discuss importance soft skills, divided into following three sections ( Figure 1 ):
